Product Description
Cast iron housing body for industrial sewing machine , produced in resin sand casting process,
in automatic modelling line, as well as hand molded. The normal used materials are nodular cast iron and
grey cast iron. The machining are done on the CNC equipment, and machining center too per the high requirement of the accuracty.
The part in the above picture is the semi-finished product, and many more positions will be machined on the machining center.
The weight of the raw part is around 500 kg, and the finished part is about 300 kg more.
The housing body part for the sewing machine will be strictly controlled during every step of the production, and the full inspection and test will be done before the delivery. Third party inspection is also welcome once there's any request from customer.
We've delivered tens of thousand of these components for the sewing machine to the US market, and till now less than 3% is found with problem.
